Soccer adventures.

Tommy has been dying to play soccer for about a year. Every once in a while he would ask, "Hey, Dad. When are you going to sign me up for soccer?"

Dad and Mom finally said that he could play and signed him up for Upwards (a Christian based organization). He has LOVED it! Sadly, he hasn't won either of the 2 games he's played, but he still loves it. Each of us 5 kids played soccer when we were about his age, so it is fun to watch him continue the "tradition." Sometimes he'll mention something about when he's a pro soccer player. It's funny to hear, because we know that will probably never happen, but I remember having those same thoughts when I was his age and playing soccer. :)
