This July, my oldest brother and sister and I had the opportunity to visit Mexico with a group of about 30 other wonderful people at an orphanage owned by our church. It was one of the most memorable weeks in my life, with many memories made and many relationships formed, so I just thought I'd share some of my favorite pictures from Mexico!
An early breakfast at the airport.
On Sunday morning, a man from the orphanage drove a bus through the town to pick up children and families who wanted to attend the church at the orphanage. I was able to go along, and it was such an amazing opportunity! As we drove through the town, I heard someone say that this was pretty much the way the majority of people in Mexico live.
The kids were beautiful and so eager to go to church! It was really inspiring...
One evening, a little girl at the orphanage realized that our flip-flops "matched" and wanted to wear just one of mine. It was funny to watch her flop around in one shoe that was way too big, as I stumbled around with my foot hanging off the back of hers. :) She was so adorable!
This is the place where many fun evenings of volleyball were spent!

Overall, it was an amazing week overflowing with God's love, sunshine, laughing, and memories made.
